GSAS Sessions address global challenges... such as Energy, Environment, Health, Communications, and Security. Sessions last about 10 days and involve Scholars and Fellows from around the world. A few months before the Session GSAS Scholars are grouped into Global Research Teams and begin plans for an innovative collaborative Global Research Project. “I started developing the ability of doing research in a larger group than just myself; this will be a very important tool. ” - GSAS Scholar At the SessionScholars attend a "systems-based" lecture series linking policy, technology transfer, and manufacturing considerations with relevant science and engineering concepts. |  |  | Teams continue their collaborative project planning with mentoring from GSAS Fellows.
