I have joined Prof. Wei-Fang Su's group to do research since my junior year of college in 2009. My research started with the solution-process synthesis of semiconductor nanoparticle such as TiO2 and Cu2S study their formation mechanism in order to control the size and shape. I also study low cost, flexible polymer solar cell and the solvent effect on the performance the cell. In order to improve the inferior thermal stability of polymer solar cell and take the advantage of high carrier mobility, high optical absorption ability and good thermal stability of inorganic semiconductor nanoparticle, I also do some research on organic/inorganic hybrid composites for optoelectronic devices.
Recently, I am focusing on the solution-process synthesis of Cu2ZnSnS4 nanoparticle, one of the most promising candidate for thin film solar cell material. I am trying to realize the formation mechanism of this material and control their crystal structure to get high quality nanoparticle. I have published 4 SCI papers, present 3 international conference papers.
